Rei Vargas Character Design

One more Superhero character for now.

'But Amred,' you may be asking yourself, 'the picture says 'time-traveler', not 'vigilante' or 'sidekick' - what gives?'
Ah, yes. Technically, Rei is not a superhero at all! He's just a time traveler, going with the flow and trying to keep the future from being utter shit. The easiest way to do this? Join every superhero team in every time and place he's been! So, he's in the team with Gloria and St. Mike and Flux, as well as a few others. He doesn't take down petty thieves or murderers, and isn't always around. But he will always show up for a big fight with a supervillain - though he won't always be on the same side. He seems to have a severe distrust of Gloria, and was the one that gave her the 'Smurf Bitch' nick-name.

He started time-traveling at the age of 14, in the year of 1982. To that point, he'd lived all of his life in Brazil, spoke only Portuguese and a little Spanish, and had no idea how time-traveling worked. He only accidentally fell into a rift in the fabric of time and space. Some weird events including an Irish boy from the far future, an Egyptian girl from the far past, and a motherfucking dragon lead to him becoming quite the time-traveler, complete with a 3-handed gold pocket watch that would transport itself, and anything touching it, through time and space.

His clothes are nuts. He could never decide which era he liked more, and since his whole time machine was a watch, he couldn't really carry changes of clothes for every time period with him. So he chose some of his favorites; a zoot hat, a 'puffy shirt', a ring master's vest, urban camo pants, green converse, and a piano-key neck tie. It all clashes really badly, but he claims that he's color blind and can't tell the difference. If he really is, or is just making excuses, no one quite knows. He has a tendency to date himself, using a lot of 80s references and sayings.
